We help Members securely access early-stage investment opportunities in DeFi, using a proven system that has delivered up to 3,000%+ gains over the past year for some clients.

🧠About the Role
We’re hiring a DeFi Analyst & Customer Success/Account Manager (DeFi Associate). This elite role combines protocol fluency, investment guidance, and deep client relationship management.
You’ll work directly with clients via video calls to assess their portfolios, explain opportunities, and guide them in building conviction-based crypto portfolios using YieldSchool’s proprietary frameworks.
- Help clients onboard and navigate DeFi ecosystems.
- Coach them through asymmetric opportunities and capital allocation.
- Drive client retention, renewals, and upgrades (commissions apply).
- Present research, contribute to team calls, and improve frameworks.
This is not a junior support job — it’s a high-autonomy role for strategic thinkers who can lead conversations and create long-term outcomes for sophisticated investors.
📌 Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of DeFi protocols: liquidity, staking, governance, bridging, tokenomics.
- Advanced understanding of asymmetric investing and long-term portfolio construction.
- Ability to think in conviction-weighted bets, risk mitigation, and thesis-driven rebalancing.
- Proven emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with HNWI clients.
- Clear communication — able to translate complex topics into action steps.
- Prior experience in investing, consulting, or crypto education is highly valued.
- Self-driven and able to operate independently in fast-moving environments.
- Bonus: Experience in high-ticket sales or DeFi research.
