🎯 About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead our global revenue organization. You'll oversee the go-to-market team, manage top-tier client relationships, and build the infrastructure to support hypergrowth across all business verticals.
🧩 Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Strategy
- Manage and scale a team of Account Executives, Managers, and Partnership leads
- Work directly with the CEO to refine org structure and drive performance culture
- Hire, coach, and retain world-class sales talent
Sales Execution
- Personally close strategic high-value deals across all product lines
- Develop segmentation, messaging, and sequencing strategies
- Drive new business, upsells, and renewals to hit aggressive revenue targets
Sales Operations
- Own the CRM (HubSpot) and sales tools like Gong, Mixpanel, etc.
- Ensure pipeline hygiene, automation workflows, and clean data reporting
- Build processes that scale with high data integrity
Performance & Metrics
- Analyze KPIs: win rates, revenue retention, pipeline velocity, etc.
- Implement dashboards and reporting for continuous optimization
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align closely with Product to turn roadmap updates into sales opportunities
- Partner with Marketing to refine campaigns, sales enablement, and thought leadership
🧠 Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, 3–5 years in sales leadership
- Strong background in institutional finance and digital assets
- Track record of exceeding $MM quotas in complex multi-product sales
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, especially HubSpot
- Highly analytical and data-driven with strong system design thinking
- Excellent communication and executive presence
