🚀 The Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of next-gen onchain DeFi products. You’ll play a critical role in building scalable, secure web apps and APIs to serve millions of users and institutions worldwide.

🧠 What You'll Be Doing

• Design & build modern, scalable web apps for DeFi and tokenized assets
• Deploy full-stack applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and more
• Integrate blockchain functionality with backend systems and external APIs
• Define architecture and deployment strategies across multiple geographies
• Lead DevOps practices including CI/CD, cloud deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with smart contract engineers on EVM-based systems
• Develop LLM-enabled features like chat interfaces and agentic flows
• Mentor junior engineers and perform code reviews
• Drive continuous improvement and technical best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (React, TypeScript, Python, SQL)
• 2+ years of experience in Web3 or DeFi app development
• Familiarity with EVM tooling (Foundry, Tenderly, etc.)
• Strong backend skills in Node.js, Python, or Go
• Cloud-native deployment (AWS, Google Cloud) and CI/CD experience
• Knowledge of smart contracts, blockchain, and DeFi primitives
• Strong database skills with PostgreSQL
• Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration abilities

• Experience with ERC-20, ERC-721, and tokenization standards
• Knowledge of financial logic, AMMs, lending protocols, and derivatives
• Secure coding practices (OAuth2, JWT, etc.)
