📌 Volunteer Roles Available
- Speaker Coordinators: Assist speakers, manage check-ins, and coordinate stage flow (priority role)
- Registration & Check-in: Welcome attendees and manage event entry
- VIP & Lounge Support: Assist with VIP areas and guest hospitality
- Event Experience Ambassadors: Provide flexible support to ensure an outstanding attendee experience

Setup Days:
Monday, Nov 3 – 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Tuesday, Nov 4 – 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (all hands)
Conference Days:
Wednesday, Nov 5 – 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Thursday, Nov 6 – 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Shifts are flexible unless otherwise specified.
