🧠 The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Blockchain Engineer who’s passionate about decentralized systems and wants to help build the infrastructure powering the next billion crypto users.

You’ll work closely with a world-class team to design and deploy scalable smart contracts and backend services that unlock real-world utility through crypto.

Note: This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 4 days a week in one of our global offices (Toronto, Denver, NYC, or the Cayman Islands).

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Design, write, and deploy secure, efficient smart contracts in Solidity
• Build scalable backend systems in Golang or Python
• Develop robust APIs for mobile and web platforms
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases
• Handle AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes clusters
• Conduct rigorous testing, code reviews, and documentation
• Stay up to date with the latest in blockchain and DeFi innovation

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience (Python, Go, etc.)
• Proficiency with Solidity and live deployed contracts
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Deep understanding of smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

💎 Nice to Have

• Experience working on DeFi protocols or blockchain infra
• Familiarity with scalable backend architecture and microservices
• Exposure to consumer-facing crypto products
